• Age 28 to 33 years
• Only Male

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in a food production or QC/QA role       

• Knowledge of BSTI food safety standards        

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality        Basic lab skills and familiarity with food testing procedures

·         Responsible for monitoring hygiene and sanitation process and pest control program.

·         Monitoring on products to maintain standards.

·         Monitoring on SOP, temperature log, hygiene log and collection data.

·         Keeping quality documents up to date and ensuring that on QC records, data and information are available.

·         Conduct quality inspections at various stages of production for Bakery, Kitchen and Pastry items.

·         Ensure products meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements

 ·         Perform physical tests on raw materials and finished products

 ·         Support the implementation of food safety systems (BSTI standards)
