Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct thorough quality control inspections for denim garments, ensuring adherence to industry standards and customer specifications.
∎ Utilize expertise in non-denim woven garment quality control to enhance overall product quality across diverse garment categories.
∎ Communicate effectively with overseas customers via email, social media demonstrating proficiency in written and spoken English.
∎ Provide guidance to factories regarding sample specification clarification, fabric and accessory checking, and sample approval processes.
∎ Facilitate pre-production meetings, conduct production layout research, and make informed productivity assumptions.
∎ Perform comprehensive inspections of production goods, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
∎ Coordinate with third-party QC partners and organize final inspections to guarantee product integrity.
∎ Inspect photo and shipping samples to maintain consistency and accuracy throughout the production process.
