Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devising and using fruitful sourcing strategies.
∎ Onboard and develop value-added suppliers and nurture partnerships.
∎ Negotiate with vendors to secure advantageous terms.
∎ Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
∎ Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve work efficiency and effectiveness/
∎ Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
∎ Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
∎ Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of requirement specifications and expectations of the company.
∎ Ensure compliance in all procure-to-pay processes & procurement rights.
∎ Control spend and build a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs.
∎ Monitoring and evaluating supplier's performance in terms of price, quality & delivery.
∎ Finalize details of orders and deliveries.
