Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily visit in the Market & collect different quotation from different Markets.
∎ Should be familiar to travel in Nawabpur Market for purchasing Material as per requisition.
∎ Sourcing the most profitable suppliers.
∎ Market survey on different products.
∎ Selecting supplier through price comparison, cost analysis & negotiation.
∎ Preparation & issuance of purchase order (PO) & Indent as per selection result.
∎ Purchase order make by economic order quantity.
∎ Following up delivery & ensuring delivery of material at site.
∎ Ensure smooth payment to supplier through accounts department.
∎ Archiving support documents on purchase.
∎ Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality & delivery requirements.
∎ Implement new or improved procurement processes.
∎ Responsible for different procurement tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer Literacy is must (MS office, Excel).
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
