Job Context:
∎ The outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) is a crucial issue now and it has huge impact on our mental health also. Fear and anxiety about a new life style, regular duty in this situation and quarantine from family may create depression and harmful for our mental health.
∎
∎ Considering the wellbeing of IRC Bangladesh staffs, we are going to onboard a phycologist/consultant who will work with our staffs to provide counseling and psychological support to reduce stress regarding COVID on maintaining a good mental health in this situation.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Individual consultation/ counselling (Online/ over phone/ face to face any suitable method)
∎ Group training/consultation/ counselling (Online method)
∎ Individual counseling:
∎
∎ IRC will prepare a meeting schedule and will share the schedule to consultant.
∎ Based on the schedule consultant will call the staff for counselling.
∎ Consultant will take quality time to provide psychological support to staff as per need and keep notes for future support.
∎ Individual counseling session should be sufficient for counselling where it is expected that each session should not be less than 45 minutes.
∎ Consultant may re-schedule any call or can schedule follow up calls with the individual staff if necessary but will have to keep authorized HR personal in loop for any re-schedule or follow up call schedule.
∎ Based on the staffs language preference consultant should do the counselling in Bangla or English.
∎ Consultant can do counseling over phone, skype or any electronic media or face to face, whichever method is suitable and agreed by the staff.
∎ Consultant will have to cover any cost related to calling the staff (phone bill, internet bill etc)
∎ Group counseling/training:
∎
∎ Consultant may facilitate online training/ counseling (minimum 2 hour, minimum two per month) to a group as per requirement IRC agreed schedule.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Consultant should have minimum 3 to 4 years' experience in physiological counseling preferred by clinical physiological counselling.
∎ Should have good understanding on working environment in NGO/INGO or any similar non-profit organization.
∎ Should have good communication skill in both Bangla and English.

Salary:
∎ Potential consultant will be selected by IRC procurement committee based on their offered price offer and relevant experience.IRC will pay the consultant as per total number of staffs received counselling calls in a month. So, it is required that interested consultant submit their price offer for per counselling.For group training/ counselling IRC will pay the consultant as per total number of group counselling calls done per month.
