Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Psychology and MSc. in Clinical or Counselling Phycology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Work Location: IRC-Bangladesh, Ukhiya Office, Cox’s Bazar.
∎ Reporting to: WPE Coordinator
∎ Department: Women`s Protection & Empowerment
∎ Expected Start Date: At Earliest
∎ Contract length: 6 Months (with possibility of extension subject to funding, program needs and performance of incumbent)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of working experience in NGO sector in a conflict-affected setting in GBV PSS management capacity.
∎ Management, training and supervision experience required.
∎ Strong organizational and supervisory skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to work within different cultural environment.
∎ Ability to work within a team structure or in isolation, flexible, and can cope with stressful workloads and working with limited resources
∎ Experience in mental health and protection work with displaced persons, refugees, returnees and migrants
∎ Excellent command of the use of Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Work, Excel and Power Point
∎ Good communication, teamwork skills and ability to work independently
∎ Sound knowledge and experience on implementing IASC MHPSS guidelines in emergency settings.
∎ mhGAP training and supervision experience including IG, HIG and operational manual.
∎ Experience with evidence based psychological interventions (PM+, IPT-G, Thinking Healthy) is a plus.
∎ Training experience on Psychological First Aid.
∎ Capacity building/ curriculum development experience in community based MHPSS approach.
Salary: Tk. 111200 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Retention Benefits: 2 (Two) Basic salaries in a year, eligible after 6 months of service, Gratuity: As per Policy, Health and Life Insurance. Mobile Allowance: as per policy)
