Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Schedules & Appointment of the Managing Director and update him regularly.
∎ Arranging protocol service, visa, Air ticket booking, and hotel reservation-related activities of the Managing Director according to pre-Schadule.
∎ Update any sort of news or information to MD that directly or indirectly has an impact on business.
∎ Organize and arrange appointments.
∎ Note down the instructions of Managing Director.
∎ Maintain database of all important phone number, e-mail address and contact address of important persons, organizations.
∎ Prepare any sort of analytical report as and when required as per MD's guideline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Personal Secretary experience is Mandatory.
∎ Ability to work with top Management Personnel.
∎ Organized with the ability to priorities and multi-task.
∎ Gentle, mannered, smart & well groomed.
∎ Fluency in English and Bengali, both written & Communication
∎ Good computer literacy especially in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint
