Location: Shah Amahnat International Airport ,Chittagong, Bangladesh.
Job Summary: API Aviation Services is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our protocol services. The Operational Head will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our "Meet & Greet" and other passenger protocol services, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and managing the operational team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Protocol Operations:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of protocol services including "Meet & Greet" and passenger assistance.
- Ensure adherence to Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Team Management:
- Lead, train, and motivate the operational team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage team schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
Customer Relations:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with VIP/VIP Plus Debit cardholders and other key clients.
- Ensure all services meet or exceed customer expectations.
Operational Coordination:
- Coordinate with airline staff, airport authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and manage the logistics of passenger movements within the airport.
- Implement contingency plans to address any operational disruptions.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports to the Managing Director.
- Maintain accurate records of all protocol services provided.
- Ensure compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements.
