Job Title: Operational Head

Department: Protocol Operations

Reports To: Managing Director

Location: Shah Amahnat International Airport ,Chittagong, Bangladesh.

  • Job Summary: API Aviation Services is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our protocol services. The Operational Head will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our "Meet & Greet" and other passenger protocol services, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and managing the operational team.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Protocol Operations:Manage and supervise all aspects of protocol services including "Meet & Greet" and passenger assistance.Ensure adherence to Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) regulations and company policies.Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.

  • Team Management:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the operational team to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

  • Manage team schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.

  • Customer Relations:Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain strong relationships with VIP/VIP Plus Debit cardholders and other key clients.

  • Ensure all services meet or exceed customer expectations.

  • Operational Coordination:

  • Coordinate with airline staff, airport authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

  • Monitor and manage the logistics of passenger movements within the airport.

  • Implement contingency plans to address any operational disruptions.

  • Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and submit regular operational reports to the Managing Director.

  • Maintain accurate records of all protocol services provided.

  • Ensure compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements.

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation operations or a related field.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle complex situations.
