Job Summary: API Aviation Services is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our protocol services. The Operational Head will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our "Meet & Greet" and other passenger protocol services, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and managing the operational team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Protocol Operations:Manage and supervise all aspects of protocol services including "Meet & Greet" and passenger assistance.Ensure adherence to Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) regulations and company policies.Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Team Management:
Lead, train, and motivate the operational team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Manage team schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
Customer Relations:Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Maintain strong relationships with VIP/VIP Plus Debit cardholders and other key clients.
Ensure all services meet or exceed customer expectations.
Operational Coordination:
Coordinate with airline staff, airport authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor and manage the logistics of passenger movements within the airport.
Implement contingency plans to address any operational disruptions.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and submit regular operational reports to the Managing Director.
Maintain accurate records of all protocol services provided.
Ensure compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation operations or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle complex situations.
