Case Management, Child Protection, GBV, Gender, protection related project
Job Context:
∎ Contract Duration: 8 months with possibility of extension
∎ Starting Date: At Earliest
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and evaluate activities of 2 WFSs and 2CFSs and suggest action points
∎ Oversee psycho-social support and referral and ensure confidential filing system
∎ Support protection strategy building including the development of high quality proposals and associated budgets.
∎ Lead the strategic development of the Case Management program of AAR Japan.
∎ Ensure mainstreaming of protection principles and elements in to all Case Management related activities and processes.
∎ Oversee the implementation of Case Management by the partner organization.
∎ Prepare and conduct capacity building/training on Protection for staffs
∎ Prepare and develop progress reports on monthly basis
∎ Liaise with stakeholders including partner organization, UN Agencies, sectors, local authorities and communities
∎ Translation and interpretation between English and local languages of Bangladesh
∎ Maintain CRM, accountability and PSEA in line with the policies of AAR Japan.
∎ Perform other duties as requested by the Supervisors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of experience in Protection, Counselling, Case Management
∎ Good operational knowledge of Microsoft Office in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Proficient in spoken and written English and Bangla
∎ Strong motivation to be a part of a humanitarian organization
∎ This position is open to only female applicant
∎ Experience working with international NGO is an asset
∎ Strong coordination and negotiation skills with stakeholders and problem solving skill
∎ Culturally sensitive and high level of diplomacy and tact
∎ Ability to work both independently and as a part of team
∎ Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
