∎ Master of Social Science in Development studies, Gender studies, psychology, anthropology, social work, or Bachelor of Law any other related field.

∎ Department: Protection and Rule of Law (PRoL)
∎ Expected Start Date: At Earliest
∎ Contract length: Till 30th April 2023 (with possibility of extension subject to funding, program needs and performance of incumbent)
∎ At least five years working experience including three years in protection and in which a minimum of 2 years is in a managerial level.
∎ Strong understanding of humanitarian protection principles and standards
∎ Proven understanding of protection, working with community-based programming, and community protection and protection monitoring.
∎ Experience on data analysis both quantitative and qualitative and analytical report
∎ Demonstrated organizational, management and reporting skills.
∎ Ability to understand and respond to contextual gender dynamics.
∎ Ability to work well both within a team and independently, strong communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills with ability to be flexible, adaptable, and creative in a challenging and fast-moving multicultural environment.
∎ High standards written and spoken English and Bangla are required, working knowledge Chattertonian is preferred.
∎ Full professional competency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Salary: Tk. 111200 (Monthly)
