∎ The Proposal Development Manager will assists in coordinating the Country Office's proposal development efforts in collaboration with Resource Mobilization & partnership Advisor (RM&PA). The incumbent will assist in conducting research, donor intelligence gathering, funding trends analysis as well as donor and national priorities to keep abreast with changes in wider development and funding environment. S/he will also be responsible for tracking and maintaining information on funding opportunities and support with proposal writing as necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years extensive experience of proposal development and project design.
