• Should have knowledge on Steel Building, Design drawing and BOQ.

• Sound knowledge on BNBC, Accord, Alliance standards.

• Very good Knowledge on Plumbing, ETP & WTP.

• Able to analyze project engineering schedule.

• Adaptable and able to work under pressure.

• Quantitative analytical ability.

• Proficiency in interpreting architectural and structural drawings and fire & safety requirements.

• Proficient in MS Office. AutoCAD, MS Project, ETABS.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder and time management skills, and documentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving & Strong observation skills and Provide support to other team members. 

• Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.

• Manage all construction work as per the projected time.

• Day to day supervision of constructions work with ensuring construction methodology, progress and report to line manager.

• Preparing Industrial layout, design, drawing and modification, Alteration etc. under considering Accord, Alliance, BNBC & suppliers COC/Rules.

• Prepare engineering calculations required for the design of projects, and supervise the drafting of plans.

• Investigate sites to determine the most suitable foundation for a proposed construction.

• To prepare budget, supervise and monitor construction works, materials requirement, time schedule, installation, maintenance and support.

• To ensure all of the construction works which are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations especially in BD code of conduct.

• Prepare the bill of quantity for the vendor.

• Manage and ensure all sorts of renovation work as per the company schedule and projected time.

• Supervise the repairing work of RCC frame structures, Pre-engineered building.

• Knowledge of MEP will get preference.

• Maintain records of work done by contractors.

• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.

• Prepare building Design Concept /ETABS, STAT Pro and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications 2D.

• Any other task as assigned by supervisor time to time.
