Key Responsibilities:
Planning and Programme Implementation
Oversee the implementation of GBV case management and structured MHPSS interventions, Girl Shine, PM+, and Engaging Men & Boys (EMB)sessions, hygiene promotion activities, and functionality of health/nutrition outreach team in Rohingya camps
Timely coordination with the FIVDB’s core support team to ensure the logistics support to implement the planned activities within the set time frame.
Prepare detailed activity plans, weekly/monthly work plans, and implementation schedules.
Oversee the GBV Emergency Case Management fund, ensuring timely and survivor-centered use of resources.
Ensure activities are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with approved project design.
Support project team through regular supervision and mentoring.
Lead monthly/quarterly review and coordination meetings with the project team.
Provide technical support to the team to process purchase orders, keep records, and track those with the relevant department and communicate with the respective team members to ensure timely completion.
Contribute in creation of an inclusive work environment for marginalized populations including indigenous groups and women - ensuring a gender equitable, women and PWDs friendly, sensitive work environment.
Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Gender, Protection & Community Engagement
Ensure all interventions are gender-responsive, culturally sensitive, and protection-focused.
Promote meaningful participation of women, girls, and community leaders in project activities.
Support youth-led community protection and GBV risk mitigation initiatives carried out by EMB graduates.
Coordinate awareness sessions on GBV prevention, women’s rights, life skills, and resilience.
Ensure survivor-centered and do-no-harm approaches are applied at all times.
Monitoring, Reporting and Documentation
Support data collection, beneficiary tracking, and documentation of results across focused sectors.
Ensure proper use of monitoring tools, indicators, and reporting formats.
Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual and donor reports highlighting progress, challenges, and lessons learned.
Support learning, reflection, and adaptive programming based on real-time data.
Administrative and Financial Support
Responsible for budget management and support the team to ensure efficient utilization of fund as per plan.
Prepares FD-6/FD-7/FC-1 with assistance and initiate certification from local authority and contact with relevant government authorities.
Prepare costed work plan and provides support to revise budget.
Ensure proper and smooth financial management in compliance with donor policy and standards.
Ensure monthly monitoring of project budget utilization.
Ensure all kinds of expenditure and payment from the field in accordance with activity line, budget and code.
Support procurement planning and distribution schedules for community-level activities and inputs.
Coordination
Coordinate with the consortium partners, relevant sectoral teams within the consortium.
Coordinate with Sectoral Structure at camp and Cox’s Bazar level and adapt new development as per sector standards aligning with project design.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders at community level.
Represent FIVDB at relevant field-level meetings and with local stakeholders as required.
Ensure compliance with FIVDB safeguarding, PSEAH, financial and administrative procedures in all field activities.
Other representation as required.
