Responsibilities & Context:
∎ সামগ্রিক প্রকল্প ব্যবস্থাপনা এবং প্রকল্প বাস্তবায়নে কর্মীদের সহায়তা করতে হবে।
∎ প্রকল্প ভিত্তিক কৃষক সমন্বয় ও কৃষি সংগঠন নিয়ে কাজের মনোভাব থাকতে হবে। প্রকল্পের উদ্দেশ্য অর্জনের জন্য সমস্ত উদ্যোগ এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রকল্পগুলির মধ্যে কার্যকর সমন্বয় সাধন করা।
∎ বিভিন্ন সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের জন্য এবং পর্যাপ্ত তথ্য প্রদানের জন্য প্রকল্পের কার্যক্রম পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।
∎ প্রকল্পের কার্যকারিতা প্রদর্শনের জন্য প্রকল্প কর্মীদের গাইড এবং সহায়তা করা।
∎ মাসিক মিটিং সংগঠিত করা, ক্ষেত্রে চিহ্নিত সমস্যাগুলি নিয়ে আলোচনা করার জন্য প্রকল্পের কার্যকারিতা পর্যালোচনা করা এবং ডকুমেন্টেশন সহ উপযুক্ত সমাধান খোঁজা।
∎ প্রতিবেদন প্রস্তুত এবং অর্থ, আর্থিক নিয়ন্ত্রণ এবং ব্যবস্থাপনার মূল্য নিশ্চিত করার জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলের কাছে জমা দেওয়া।
∎ প্রকল্প ভিত্তিক উৎপাদন বৃদ্ধিতে যথাযথ প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যাবস্থা গ্রহন করতে হবে।
∎ ভ্রাম্যমাণ প্রকল্পগুলি পরিদর্শন ও পর্যালোচনার মাধ্যমে যথাযথ ব্যাবস্থা গ্রহন করতে হবে।
