∎ Age 25 to 55 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Knowledge of documentation requirements, acceptable payment terms and mode of shipment for assigned countries.
∎ Sell company products to established and prospective customers by utilizing telephone and email communication.
∎ Service all assigned customers, working to resolve problems or service issues they may have.
∎ Research relevant export opportunities and issues.
∎ Prepare and implement a weekly sales plan designed to complement goals of territory and company.
∎ Actively secure and report market and competitive information as it relates to the current activity of selling company products.
∎ Make recommendations for assigned territory in the areas of pricing, credit, delivery, minimums, and promotions.
∎ Define and optimize the yearly merchandizing plan for all Agro Based products across Export Europe, working closely with brand managers, global, suppliers and markets.
∎ Collect permanent & promotional needs from markets following global marketing guidelines.
∎ Ensure reliable merchandising forecasts to global & suppliers within the specified deadline.
