Skills Required: Culvert Construction,RHD Or LGED,Road construction,Roads and Highways
Additional Requirements:
- Age 23 to 43 years
- Only Male
Must be eager and willing to stay at project sites outside Dhaka(e.g., Mirsharai, Sitakund or other assigned locations)
Strong leadership and site management capability
Good coordination and communication skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Overall site supervision of all construction activities
Ensure safety and proper handling of materials at site
Coordinate with LGED department for all required tests and test reports
Identify site issues and provide practical problem-solving solutions
Monitor daily progress and ensure regular reporting to management
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and schedule
