Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish Adolescents clubs
∎ Regular visit project activities
∎ Conduct Monthly parents meeting, LCMC members and community meeting
∎ Support club members to organize awareness-raising activities
∎ Do regular home visits to the household of adolescents girls
∎ Train teachers, Madrasha teachers, and Caregivers
∎ Develop work plan and monthly report to the technical coordinator

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 2 years of experience in adolescents development program, GBV and child protection program

Salary:
∎ Tk. 35,000/- per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
