Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to develop Detail implementation Plan (DIP) and implements of activities with the Operations Team.
∎ Facilitate training sessions and on job support to teachers, community people, adolescent clubs and facilitators
∎ Observe class management, learning center environment and teaching learning process and provide constructive feedback to improve.
∎ Conduct and facilitate training, formation of community-based child protection committees and provide inputs in IEC development.
∎ Work with community-based committees to develop and implement project plans, monitor activities.
∎ Organized community meetings and provide the necessary technical support according to the standard and requirement of the project.
∎ Assist to prepare different periodic (monthly, quarterly) progress report, event report, case study/ good practice.
∎ Develop and maintain good relations with village child protection unit members, learning facility teacher/workers, caregivers and youth group.
∎ Establish and maintain a comprehensive filling system for the training/workshops conducted including project documents, monitoring notes and photos.
∎ Collect data from the field, prepare summarized reports and submit to the Child Protection Officer and Education Officer for consolidation.
∎ Provide technical support Collect and provide necessary data and information for progress reports to ensure timely implementation
∎ Liaison with other service providers at Upazila, Camp and Union level Government representatives to ensure the sustaining of the system.
∎ Assist to prepare different periodic (monthly, quarterly) progress report, event report, case study/ good practice
∎ Ensure child safeguarding issues at work place and learning centers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 2 years of experience in Education, adolescents development program, GBV and child protection program
∎ Basic computer skills in MS-Office.
∎ Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and dual/multi-management.
Salary:
∎ Consolidated Tk. 36,000/- per month, and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
