Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Project Planning and Coordination:
∎ • Develop a comprehensive project plan, including objectives, scope, timelines, and resource requirements, in
∎ alignment with the GRiVET project’s goals and objectives.
∎ • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including Govt and Private organizations, to ensure a clear understanding
∎ of project deliverables, roles, and responsibilities.
∎ • Establish and maintain effective communication channels among team members, ensuring smooth coordination
∎ and collaboration.
∎ • Coordinate to organize and facilitate various project activity-related workshops and training plans in collaboration
∎ with other departments of UCEP Bangladesh.
∎ 2. Project Implementation and Monitoring:
∎ • Oversee project activities to ensure timely execution and adherence to established plans and milestones.
∎ • Monitor project progress and track key performance indicators, evaluating the effectiveness of project
∎ interventions.
∎ • Identify risks and issues that may impact project implementation, and develop and implement mitigation
∎ strategies.

∎ • Collaborate with project team members to address challenges and ensure the smooth flow of project activities.
∎ 3. Reporting and Documentation:
∎ • Prepare regular progress reports (monthly, half yearly and annual), including project updates, Event Report,
∎ Beneficiary Counting (Direct & Indirect), Performance Measurement Framework (PMF), change stories, key
∎ achievements, challenges & way forward, and lessons learned, best practice, change of context for internal and
∎ external stakeholders.
∎ • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of project activities, outputs, and outcomes.
∎ • Maintain project records, including meeting minutes, financial documentation, and relevant project-related
∎ information.
∎ 4. Stakeholder Engagement:
∎ • Engage with Govt and Private organizations, local partners, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and
∎ ensure their active involvement in project activities.
∎ • Facilitate regular communication and knowledge sharing with stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and
∎ enhance project outcomes.
∎ 5. Budget and Resource Management:
∎ • Assist in the development and monitoring of project budgets, ensuring effective utilization of allocated funds.
∎ • Track project expenses and resources, ensuring compliance with GAC regulations and project guidelines.
∎ • Coordinate with finance and procurement teams to ensure timely procurement of project-related goods and
∎ services.
∎ 6. Evaluation and Learning:
∎ • Support project evaluation activities, including data collection and analysis, track variance to assess the impact and
∎ effectiveness of project interventions.
∎ • Contribute to knowledge management efforts by documenting and sharing best practices, success stories, and
∎ lessons learned.
∎ • Support the UCEP program to carry out the project output with collaboration with other components.
∎ • Other duties as assigned.
