Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare project implementation plan and follow the guidelines of donors.
∎ Prepare action plans, budgets, and detailed reports.
∎ Maintain and monitor program budgets, tracking expenditures and transactions.
∎ Ensure proper documentation providing guidelines to the Photographer.
∎ Foster positive relationships within the team and with external partners.
∎ Prepare paperwork and order necessary materials as required.
∎ Assist in project growth and development initiatives.
∎ Ensure a solid understanding of project implementation processes.
∎ Develop monthly plans and reports to monitor progress.
∎ Organize seminars and workshops focused on volunteer development, climate change, and women’s empowerment.
∎ Effectively communicate with stakeholders.
∎ Prepare and document tour plans, tour reports, and visit summaries.
∎ Compile detailed project implementation reports.
∎ Prepare reports for NGOAB as needed.
∎ Maintain a strong relationship with volunteers and support their engagement.
∎ Execute assigned projects to meet objectives.
∎ Develop daily work plans, task lists, and provide reports to the line Manager.
∎ Perform any additional tasks as required to support program success.
