Job Context:
∎ Khulna Mukti Seba Sangstha (KMSS) is a Bangladeshi development organization, has been working in the public health sector for more than two decades since 1997 and currently implementing different projects in 7 districts in the country.
∎ As a partner of MJF, KMSS is implementing the program titled "SDC-BRAC Re-Integration of Migrant Workers in Bangladesh" funded by SDC.
∎ Duration of the program is 3.4 Years (February 2023 to May 2026).
∎ Job Location - Jashore District

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-years working experience and skill in liaison work, advocacy or public relations under any reputed NGO.
∎ Excellent competency in community development;
∎ Development people's participatory planning and team management,
∎ Gender and citizen rights
∎ Good knowledge and report writing skill in both English and Bangle and on Computer literacy.
∎ Fluency in English and Bengali and should have skill in writing reports;
∎ Basic computer literacy is a must (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint);
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team,
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Good oral and written communication skill.

Salary: Tk. 14000 (Monthly)
