  • Professional working experience in monitoring, documentation, and reporting.

  • Good skill in documentation and report writing in English. Working knowledge of MS Office applications and Power Point.

  • Ability to demonstrate an openness and willingness to learn about the application of gender/gender mainstreaming, womens rights, and diversity for all aspects of development work.

  • Good communication, facilitation, presentation and representation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Nari Maitree is looking for skilled and ambitious professionals for our Humanitarian Response team in Ukhiya, Coxs Bazar.

  • Project Officer (Host & Rohingya response) under the direct supervision of the Project Coordinator of & Comprehensive, Integrated Multi-Sector Response for Rohingya FDMNs and Host Communities in Cox’s Bazar Project of Nari Maitree.

  • Full-time; 3-month provision period, renewable based upon satisfactory performance and availability of funds.

  • This is a 12-month project started from September 1, 2024 with a possibility of extension for a long time.

  • Under the supervision of Project Coordinator, implement the project activities in line with the projects objectives, timeline, compliance and budget.

  • Preparing details implementation plans for completing assigned tasks on time.

  • Foster strong relationships with FDMN communities, host communities, and local authorities through regular communication, consultations, and participatory approaches to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to assistance.

  • Conduct survey to identify adolescent girls, boys, women and men for training on GBV prevention interventions.

  • Prepare and conduct sessions with community members following the Girl Shine life skill, Early Marriage curriculum, EMAP, SASA! Together, male engagement activities and Community Outreach.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports, including narrative updates and quantitative data, to share with donors, partners, and relevant authorities.

  • Identify capacity gaps within the volunteers team and provide targeted training and support to build the skills and knowledge of volunteers.

  • Other tasks as assigned by higher Management, Project Coordinator, MEAL.
