∎ Oversee the implementation of project activities across the three unions.
∎ Coordinate with community leaders, religious figures, and stakeholders to promote women's leadership and participation.
∎ Ensure timely execution of project activities according to the work plan.
∎ Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for KMSS management.
∎ Community Engagement:
∎ Conduct community awareness workshops to challenge traditional gender roles.
∎ Engage with local educational institutions and vocational training centers to facilitate women's literacy and skills development.
∎ Organize court yard meetings and sensitization workshops on gender-based violence and legal/social resources.
∎ Conduct capacity building training for women in leadership roles within fisheries cooperatives and community councils.
∎ Facilitate training sessions on climate-resilient fish farming and health protection.
∎ Support the creation and strengthening of women-led organizations and networks.
∎ Promote the importance of childcare facilities and basic healthcare services in fish farming communities.
∎ Advocate for women's inclusion in decision-making bodies and support services.
∎ Activate support networks for women addressing gender-based violence and discrimination.
∎ Conduct regular monitoring activities to track project progress and outcomes.
∎ Implement community-level monitoring (CLM) processes.
∎ Develop and distribute IEC/BCC materials and create a video documentary on project activities.

∎ Khulna Mukti Seba Sangstha (KMSS) is a Bangladeshi development organization that has been working in the public health sector for the last 24 years and currently implementing different projects in 5 districts of Dhaka and Khulna division. KMSS intends to hire a competent Project Officer (PO) for its ‘“Empower women fisherfolks in Mongla Upazila of Bagerhat district to overcome socio-cultural, economic, and environmental barriers to achieve equal participation, leadership, and representation in the fisheries sector and wider community.” project to be implemented in Mongla Upazila of Bagerhat District which is supported by Oxfam in Bangladesh and co-financed by European Union (EU).
