Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of GFA and data management (35%):
∎ Activities
∎ Collect and regularly update the household-level data of FDMN families living in Bhasanchar.
∎ Prepare monthly food assistance plan and ensure required food for HHs & individuals
∎ Regularly update data of pregnant, and lactating mothers and list of malnourished children as per age category
∎ Prepare and submit the daily, weekly, and monthly food distribution plan to the line manager.
∎ Prepare and share daily distribution reports to line manager and donor.
∎ Address the issues/concerns raised by the participants and report regularly to the line manager and donor.
∎ Ensure the quality of project activities following with approved monitoring checklist.
∎ Contribute to developing a unique Information Management system/MIS for all the projects at Bhasan Char.
∎ Statistical data analysis through excels, and SPSS and prepare PowerPoint presentation.
∎ Ensures comprehensive and effective monitoring and reporting (35%):
∎ Activities
∎ Coordinate with the Project manager and responsible for preparing all types of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports of the WFP-funded General Food Assistance Project (GFA) project in Bhasanchar.
∎ Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports of all projects in Bhasan Char, Coordinate with the project team, and contribute to preparing project completion reports.
∎ Responsible for WFP-funded GFA projects daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
∎ Compile and prepare monthly CPDR report and master role
∎ Support to line manager to prepare donor reports.
∎ Prepare the monthly progress report for the line manager
∎ Supervise and monitor each stage of the activities. Ensure that standards and instructions are given by the line manager, as well as Islamic Relief Bangladesh procedures,
∎ Involve different stakeholders & other Project implementation teams in the implementation of the project
∎ Contribute to GFA, WASH, and Child Protection Projects data management and reporting.
∎ Conduct training and provide technical support on Mobile data Collection (KoBo), Lead survey team for conducting field-level data collection, and report to the IRB MEAL team.
∎ Provide technical support for conducting need assessment, FGDs, baseline, and end-line surveys.
∎ Coordinate and manage to conduct Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM), In-Field Monitoring, and Prepare PDM reports of all projects/seasonal program.
∎ Responsible for case study collection, reporting, and ensuring media coverage (Photos and videos).
∎ Disseminate reports and study findings to MEAL officers and maintain reporting deadlines.
∎ Contribute to organizing lessons learned workshop/project inception workshop with management and other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure visibility of the project
∎ Coordination with local Stockholder (20%)
∎ Activities
∎ Monitoring construction activities as per approved BoQ and Design.
∎ Supervise to Selection of sites for WASH intervention in FDMN Camp and Host Community
∎ Ensure the quality of project activities following with approved monitoring checklist.
∎ Estimate and budget for required construction materials in the field.
∎ Supervise to conduct Technical and environmental surveys (pre-survey, post-survey, etc) as per project requirements.
∎ Assist supervisor to conduct donor visits.
∎ Report back any problems and constraints encountered during the activities and suggest operational solutions.
∎ Support for the Procurement of materials like requisition, quotation collection, etc.
∎ Monitor the working progress & ensure the quality of project activities & inform the Project manager
∎ Conduct Training sessions accordingly to the project requirement.
∎ Establish a CRM process for getting suggestions/to complain etc.
∎ Other Requirements (10%)
∎ Activities
∎ Participate & involved with seasonal programs (Ramadan, Qurbani, Winterization, etc.) & emergency response if required.
∎ Facilitate donor/external visit and ensure that recommendation of visitors is addressed.
∎ Willing and able to travel frequently for extended periods and to remote areas of the projects.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor as per programme needs and organizational rules.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in working with: FDMN setup preferably with WFP supported Food assistance & Nutrition activities
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/ Excel/PowerPoint/ Basic Internet/ etc.
∎ Excellent Reading/Writing/Speaking/Listening skills for English & Bengali
