Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline (preferable in Education)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take responsibility to organize and implement the Secondary Education Programme
∎ to fulfill the achieving targets with the support from Supervisor.
∎ Ensure required video lesson production at Schools.
∎ Prepare Monthly work plan including the activities focusing the ongoing activities.
∎ Visit schools and provide appropriate support to the Supervisors, Facilitators and students whenever is required.
∎ Facilitate training for program of secondary education.
∎ Analyze training need and further assess for improvement.
∎ Have the responsibility for regular Monitoring and Supervision of the school facilitators and supervisor and provide feedback & follow up.
∎ Coordinate in organizing monthly SMC & Guardian meeting.
∎ Follow up periodic and annual examinations of secondary education.
∎ Support to child enrollment and new site selection and for classroom establishment and construction.
∎ Communicate with Govt. & NGO offices in the district and upazilla levels.
∎ Keep the records of all office documents up dated.
∎ Regular follow up of IT equipment for secondary schools
∎ Assist Project Manager to prepare monthly fund requisition.
∎ Any work set within the reason and means by the authority of the Organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Experience of working in the Education sector.
∎ Demonstrated leadership capacity and excellent interpersonal skills and team work.
∎ Positive attitude towards learning and development.
∎ Ability to assessments staffs progress.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel to remote chars regularly.
