Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Promoting Safe Migration for the Women of Bangladesh project
∎ Based at CARE Bangladesh Dhaka Office
∎ The duration of the proposed contract is up to April 2021.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibility # 1: Partner capacity building and provide necessary support:
∎ Partner capacity analysis and make a details plan.
∎ Facilitate training and on the job support considering quality, exit and sustainability.
∎ Organize and facilitate training/meeting/workshop for partners, staffs and facilitators.
∎ Participate/ contribute to develop new curriculum for project.
∎ Review PNGO plans and targets.
∎ Develop Annual Operation Plan and detail Implementation Plan.
