Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or equivalent degree in social science or equivalent subjects.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in project planning and implementation preferably in the area of GBV support services following emergency response.
∎ Proven track record of work in the community people specially with marginalized groups particularly women.
∎ Strong facilitation background including participatory planning, organizing and community mobilization.
∎ Ability to team building and can perform well under pressure.
∎ Ability to coordinate with project partners, counterparts and other stakeholders.
∎ Good communication skill in both verbal and written in Bangla and English.
∎ Skills on budget preparation and monitoring.
∎ Creativity: Ability to think creatively and translate creative thinking in tangible outputs.
∎ Influencing: Ability to generate commitment and build consensus among others and gain their support.
∎ Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bengali.
∎ A true team player.
∎ Planning and Organizing: Able to define work goals and objectives and execute work-plans and contribute to the achievement of workgroup objectives.
∎ Other key competencies include analysis, facilitation, networking and collaboration, negotiation and strategic decision making.
∎ Computer knowledge both in English and Bangla is highly required.
∎ Ensure and Promote GEDI and be GEDI sensitive, creating an enabling environment where diversity can flourish and all staff and stakeholders experience inclusion and appreciation.
