Job Context:
∎ UHCP is a project of Diabetic Association of Bangladesh supported by Weave Our Future (WOF) a foundation of Auchan Retail International is looking for Marketing Manager to Include Garment Factories under the Umbrella of Universal Health Coverage Plan (UHCP).
∎ UHCP provide Comprehensive health coverage for Workers in the Garment Industry, with effective Disease prevention, immediate access to Health information and services, and efficient cost control through a structured Health Care Financial Plan.
∎ Job Duration: Three Months (may be extended)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying potential garment factories (Narayangonj), engage them under contract with BADAS and to include the Garment factory/workers under UHCP coverage.
∎ Planning, directing and coordinating marketing strategy and effects.
∎ Evaluating and Developing Project Marketing Strategy and Marketing Plan.
∎ To initiate and negotiate with the RMG factories already identified by BADAS to enter into UHCP contract
∎ Identifying potential new customers (Garment factories).
∎ Organizing Meeting, workshop, Seminar along with Brands/ Retailer/ Garment Owner and Senior/ higher management on UHCP programme
∎ Other Marketing Activities regarding Factory inclusion.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Person who has the experience to work with senior management/owner of different buying houses, brands and/or Garment Factories at Narayanganj, Gazipur, and Dhaka
∎ General Manager (GM) / Manager / Compliance Manager / HR Manager of Garment Factory at Narayangonj.
∎ Brand Manager, Compliance Manager of Buyer/Brand
∎ Successful track record in senior Compliance/ CSR/ Marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
∎ Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
∎ Smart & Good behavior.
∎ Good communication, presentation & negotiation skill.
