Job Context:
∎ Project: USAID`s Alliance for Combating TB in Bangladesh (USAID`s ACTB), BADAS
∎ Accountable to: Program Director/ Program Manager
∎ Working Area: Project Area
∎ Duty Station: Any Where in Bangladesh
∎ Joining Time: As soon as possible
∎ Position Profile: MIS & Accounts Officer will work to strengthen and maintain a good liaison with different units of BADAS and other relevant stakeholders such as Govt., non-Govt., international entities. This description in not exclusive and can be adapted as per the need of the program, without the obligation of a complete revision.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain proper documentation and reporting system of all the project activities.
∎ Prepare time sheet, monthly and quarterly program performance report.
∎ Update, maintain and prepare accounts and financialreport on regular basis.
∎ Prepare budget and maintain budgetary control.
∎ Prepare and manage Vat and Tax related matter.
∎ Assist the Management unit for proper record keeping.
∎ Organize meetings, orientations, workshops etc. along with management unit.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in English, both verbal and written along with MS office proficiency is a must.
∎ 1-2 years' experience in TB or other health related field in a national or international non-profit organization will get preference.
