Job Context:
∎ Project: USAID`s Alliance for Combating TB in Bangladesh (USAID`s ACTB), BADAS
∎ Accountable to: Program Director/ Program Manager
∎ Working Area: Project Area
∎ Duty Station: Rajshahi Division, Rangpur Division, Chattogram Division, Mymensign Division, Barisal Division, Khulna Division, Sylhet Division, Dhaka Division and Dhaka City.
∎ Joining Time: As soon as possible
∎ Position Profile: Field Assistantwill be responsible for the day to day field activities along with carrying out the proper program implementation plan at the designated diabetic service delivery points and area. This description in not exclusive and can be adapted as per the need of the program, without the obligation of a complete revision.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He/She will be responsible for active case screening at center level, maintaining contacts with local stakeholders and assisting the Data Collectors in planning and conducting awareness meetings and counseling sessions.
∎ Visit of PNGOs clinic to increase the performance, Reporting.
∎ Support Data collectors so that they can continue their daily activities accordingly.
∎ Facilitate counseling/HE session at Affiliated Associations and service delivery centers of the patients support group.
∎ Provide monthly report to the respective authority.
∎ Advocate TPT and referral of respective patients to the nearby DOTS corners.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the authority.
