Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Gather, validate, and document business requirements with clients.
∎ Analyze the business domain, document processes, and match business models to software.
∎ Collaborate with UI/UX designers during the wireframing and scoping process.
∎ Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with decision-makers and end users.
∎ Identify changes, communicate with stakeholders, and assess project risks.
∎ Research and analyze data to determine realistic, manageable deliverables.
∎ Define project deliverables, set clear deadlines, and ensure scope is managed effectively.
∎ Produce detailed documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
∎ Assist QA team with test case reviews and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
∎ Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration and keep all teams aligned.
