Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: NECX, in collaboration with Troubleshoot Limited, is hiring a skilled Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of its secure, high-impact technology solutions. This role requires strong organizational skills, product understanding, and the ability to coordinate technical teams toward successful delivery. You won’t need to write code, but you should understand how APIs, real-time systems, and user roles work at a high level. You'll guide agile teams building secure, user-friendly solutions for organizations working with sensitive data.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for new features and platform improvements
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product goals, technical feasibility, and task prioritization
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination
- Analyze user feedback, analytics, and platform metrics to drive product decisions
- Define and track success metrics for each feature or release, reporting outcomes to leadership
- Advocate for usability, security, and compliance in all roadmap planning
- Represent business and user needs in technical trade-off discussions
- Maintain organized product documentation, timelines, and progress tracking using Jira, Notion, and related tools
