∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Certification in Project Management.,Microsoft Solutions knowledge
∎ Skills Required: MICROSOFT OFFICE, Microsoft project
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Project Management, MS Project, project coordination, Project Planning, Software Project Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full project management life cycle from gathering of requirements, to development of project plans to implementation and delivery.
∎ Understanding Software Development Life Cycle and knowledge on software development project.
∎ Collect, analyze, and finalize the scope of the project by liaise with customers and collaborate with the relevant internal team members.
∎ Confers with team members to outline the detailed work plan (includes project proposals, time frames and schedule) which identifies and sequences the activities required to successfully complete the project.
∎ Coordinate the required resources and assign the duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to complete the project.
∎ Create comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports and ensure that all project related information are appropriately documented and secured according to organization's standards.
∎ Coordinate activities of project personnel with the customers to ensure project progresses on schedule and complete within the prescribed budget of resources
∎ Monitor the progress of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
∎ Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.
∎ Monitor working hours, budgets, plans, and cost by using project management tools
∎ Prepare/update weekly project status reports, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ With ability to manage multiple projects within scope during the agreed timelines.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
