Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility;
∎ Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
∎ Evolving business requirements and technical specification documents;
∎ Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques; Reporting regularly to management;
∎ Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
∎ Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation;
∎ Meeting with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project;
∎ Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures;
∎ Accomplishing financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action;
∎ Define technical requirements and document plans for the project lifecycle
∎ deployment including the scheduling of project deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
∎ Prepare Project management Plan and other required documents.
∎ Utilize Project tools to plan project initiatives, communicate goals, and provide.
∎ continual updates on progress.
∎ Coordinate internal IT projects ensuring that implementations are ready as required by client deadlines.
