Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Engineering background preferably in the fields of Textile/Spinning/Production Technologies with a business degree/MBA and/or internationally recognized certification in project management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proven working experience in Project Management is preferred
∎ Practical Knowledge on schedule preparations, Pre-planning, resource forecasting, and other technical activities relating to the project
∎ Technical skills related to requirement analysis, design skills, manufacturing methods, a procedure, technical understanding, the state of art technology and documentation skills
∎ Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in entire supply chain of industry
∎ Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Should be able to identify potential borrowers and visit them for business growth. Regular visits of existing clients to be carried on for close monitoring and support

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 years’ experience in commercial banks with at least 6 years in credit risk management and/ or corporate banking division as credit manager/relational manager
∎ Proven working experience as a project Manager/supervisor in RMG industry is preferred
∎ Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
