Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters of Social Science or any Discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide technical, strategic and administrative support and supervise to different level staff (Education specialist, Project Physiotherapist, Field Supervisors etc) in the projects at district, Upazila and community level.
∎ Responsible for liaison with government bodies, NGOs, institutions and other stakeholders and advocating on PWD issues.
∎ Responsible for organizing different levels of advocacy meetings, workshop, seminars.
∎ Organize services in which increased access, availability of, quality healthcare to the population in the remote places who are persons with disabilities. Sound knowledge of care operating systems on who are suffering from mental and physical challenges.
∎ Ensure access to emergency services, including a swift, affordable and effective referral system.
∎ Directly supervision and monitoring of day-to-day activities of Education Specialists/Physiotherapists/ project supervisors and provide them with appropriate guidance for the achievement of project objectives and goals. Guiding them with an effective work plan and other logistic support.
∎ Ensure the effective use of the monthly approved project fund and different event funds, through the preparation of working budget as per the guidance of Regional Manager
∎ Prepare detailed monthly work plan, facilitate the monthly coordination meeting, document the process of project activities, challenges and recommend and communicate with those with higher or appropriate authority as required.
∎ Prepare different data, reports, an information monthly, quarterly, yearly or ad-hoc basis as per the requirement of Regional Manager or instruction of Program Manager or Sector Management.
∎ Visit different organizations, develop better rapport building.
∎ Assist referral services and in-person visit to referral organization for ensuring better services.
∎ Develop participatory planning & implementation strategies, and a participatory monitoring system for field-level activities.
∎ Coordinate with other departments and participate in different meetings etc.
∎ Responsible to prepare reports, case study etc.
∎ Closely communicate with other programs and assist to all programs being implemented to follow the integrity approach.
∎ Any task assigned by the supervisor or sector management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 43 years
∎ Experience in project management related to Persons with disabilities. If not, project managerial experience will be considered
∎ Language profiency must be good in both Bangla and English
∎ Must maintain good manner and behavior with the patient and colleagues
∎ Must have the capacity to work under pressure
