Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives of various projects during
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
∎ Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
∎ Oversee project procurement management
∎ Interact with Clients, Architects, Engineers, Local Jurisdictions, and staff to develop project objectives, schedules, and budgets.
∎ Monitor project progress and resolve daily issues that arise.
∎ Ensure quality standards and requirements are met on each project.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports (including progress photo documentation).
∎ Coordinates with Scheduler and Shift Foreman to manage productions operations: Winding, Elbow bending - and assigns resources as appropriate to achieve production schedule.
∎ 50% Desk side responsibilities and 50% production floor management and duties.
∎ Orders raw materials and other supplies.
∎ Proficient in inventory warehouse management process and procedures.
∎ Enters and maintains status of production orders, using spreadsheet.
∎ Perform periodic checks of product quality.
∎ Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
∎ Ensure consistent compliance with all safety regulations; legal and organizational
∎ Strategic use of mixed model production to ensure efficiency and profitability.
∎ Leads cross functional meetings to establish productivity and material production goals.
∎ Attends production meetings.
∎ Assigns work schedules
∎ Coordinates and schedules safety training.
∎ Conducts employee performance evaluations (less than 6 months)
∎ Manage and supervise a Day and Night Foreman and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance to the organization's policies and applicable laws.
∎ Assign work, handle training, rewarding and disciplining employees; recommending pay increases, promoting/discharging, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

∎ Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
∎ Must have minimum 10 years of experience in any project of PET & PSF industry.
∎ Developed reasoning/ problem solving skills
∎ Must have clear idea about PET resin & Fiber industry as well as machineries.
∎ Must be able to read and write in English.
∎ Employee must also adhere to all safety requirements and place emphasis on workplace safety and compliance.
∎ Knowledgeable of mixed model production practices.
∎ Ability to work effectively with individuals at all level within the company.
∎ Analytical and detail oriented, with strong commitment to quality and accuracy
∎ Demonstrated organization, time management, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
∎ Lean certification through accredited organization or Six sigma Principles
∎ Knowledge of ISO 14001, 90001
∎ Knowledge of lean management principles and implementation
∎ Experience with and knowledge of thermosetting resins
∎ Demonstrated success working within a disciplined operating system
∎ Ability to lead multiple projects at once
∎ Strong organizational and project management skills
∎ Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
∎ Demonstrated experience and success in conflict resolution
∎ Effective participation in multi-functional work-projects and cross-functional teams in an international environment
∎ Working knowledge of company information and data systems used by Procurement
∎ Mastery of tools such as: statistical analysis, financial analysis, mathematical modelling, hypothesis testing, and grant style work plans.
∎ Ability to lead/facilitate a large group of people to an aligned outcome, or definition of opportunities
