Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from reputed local or international university or equivalent experience.
∎ Will be relaxed for experienced.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Programmer/ Software Engineer, Project Manager (Software), Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Software Implementation, System Analyst, Team Leader (Software)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform role as Project Manager for software projects.
∎ Architecture design and Coding.
∎ Strong understanding of software development and project management (ideally Agile development and Scrum project management)
∎ Creates project plans including a comprehensive scope, detailed phases of work, and timelines to ensure on-time and successful executions.
∎ Must be able to handle 10+ programmers and outside consultants.
∎ To understand business requirements of the product and develop solutions.
∎ Developing test plan and test suites.
∎ Work closely with local and foreign team to optimize the development of product(s). After capturing high level requirement define product scope, goals and deliverable that support business goals
∎ Develop SRS, high level and low level design document
∎ Database Management & Database Administrator
∎ Agile Project Management Tools such as JIRA/ Axosoft/ trello

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be creative with initiative and drive.
∎ Full concept on ERP.
∎ Must take a pro-active approach and be a team player
∎ Strong organizational and project management skills,
∎ Design and development of customized software
∎ OOP concept
∎ C#, jQuerry, Angular JS,Javascript.
∎ Complex SQL Query.
∎ AVRO integration.
∎ Web Service Architectures, JSON, AJAX,HTML, XML/ePUB, SOAP, XHTML, XAML
∎ The ability to write Clean, Maintainable code with Documentation.
∎ Adopt with New Technologies
∎ Key Success Factors
∎ Strong 'can-do' attitude towards job
∎ Database Management System develop experience
∎ Done projects in Pattern Recognitions, BTLEAPI, NFC capabilities
∎ Responsible for maintenance of database
∎ Outstanding communication skill & impression management.
∎ Enough confidence level.

Salary: Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
