Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the activity plan and implementation
∎ Staff supervision and monitoring.
∎ Budget controlling
∎ Designing and conduct training
∎ Project report writing
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill in English
∎ Maintain liaison with donors, administration
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ 8-10 years experience in management of Agriculture and livelihood, Health, Hygiene and Nutrition (HNN), gender, Disaster Risk Management (DRR) and food security program. Preference will be given to who worked SHOUHARDO/CLP in managerial position.
∎ At least 8-10 years experience in commodity distribution and management/work with development program for the poor and extreme poor people
∎ Proven competencies to work with MS-word/Excel,
∎ Should have valid motorcycle driving license
