Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or Computer Science and Engineering or a related field. An MBA will be advantageous.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyse projects and prepare a project plan.
∎ Prepare various project documents like BRD, SRS, Project Charter, Project Schedule, Project Budget, RACI Matrix, Risk & Issue Log and more as required.
∎ Actively communicate with stakeholders.
∎ Preparing project proposals - Technical & Commercial.
∎ Prepare presentations and deliver them.
∎ Manage & monitor development projects using Agile Methodology.
∎ Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver projects on budget.
∎ Performing risk analysis to minimise project risks.
∎ Assigning and overseeing the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones according to the developed plan.
∎ Conducting scrum meetings, tracking projects, and providing regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.
∎ Identifying and resolving project issues.
∎ Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
∎ Coordinating change requests.
∎ Manage and adjust project scope, schedule, and budget changes.
∎ Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
∎ Lead team in meeting client expectations and project deliverables.
∎ Conducting post-project evaluation.
∎ Deliver ad hoc deliverables requested by the team lead.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with software companies.
∎ Must have a solid understanding of the SDLC model, Agile Methodology and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
∎ Ability to predict challenges and seek to head off obstacles proactively.
∎ Ability to provide leadership to business analysts and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value
∎ Must have experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and a teamwork mentality
∎ Must have excellent time management and organisational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
∎ Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, tools, and methods
∎ Must have excellent computer and organisational skills, as well as attention to detail
∎ Must have excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Bangla
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to meet deadlines
∎ Experience in presenting technical information in a live setting, such as presentations, or video
∎ conference
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ (Based on experience and interview)
