∎ We are seeking a Project Manager who is responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation through to completion. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities
∎ Gathering system requirements and analyzing them
∎ Actively communicating with stakeholders
∎ Preparing project proposals
∎ Preparing various documentation as deemed necessary by the project
∎ Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation
∎ Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver projects on budget
∎ Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones & activities
∎ Performing risk management to minimize project risks
∎ Assigning and overseeing the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones according to the developed plan
∎ Conducting scrum meetings, tracking projects, and providing regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders
∎ Identifying and resolving project issues
∎ Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
∎ Coordinating change requests
∎ Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule, and/or budget
∎ Reporting and escalating to management as needed
∎ Lead team in meeting client expectations and project deliverables
∎ Conducting post-project evaluation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT-Project management
∎ Must have a solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
∎ Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head off obstacles
∎ Ability to provide leadership to business analysts and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value
∎ Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and a teamwork mentality
∎ Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
∎ Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, tools, and methods
∎ Excellent computer and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Bangla
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to meet deadlines
∎ Experience in presenting technical information in a live setting, such as presentations, or video
∎ Minimum 2 years of IT project management and related experience

∎ Salary range 35,000 to BDT 50,000 (Based on experience)
