  • At least 10 years of experience in the health/development sector with 5 years in project leadership roles.
  • Strong working experience in SRHR, Adolescent Friendly Health Services, and Nutrition.
  • Proven experience in project management, donor reporting, and financial compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and coordination skills with multi-stakeholder engagement.
  • Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and proficiency in English & Bangla report writing.


Responsibilities & Context:

Project Name: Health System Resiliency for Improved SRHR in Bangladesh

Job Context:

The project “Health System Resiliency for Improved SRHR in Bangladesh” aims to strengthen health system resilience in Chittagong City Corporation and selected urban slum areas by improving access to quality Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Adolescent-Friendly Health Services (AFHS), and Nutrition services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall planning, implementation, supervision, and monitoring of the project.
  • Ensure technical quality of program implementations under the guidance of the Technical Advisor – SRHR, AFHS & Nutrition (BAPSA).
  • Coordinate with Advisor – Program and Advisor – Finance & Accounts of Mamata for smooth programmatic and financial operations.
  • Report project progress and challenges to the Program Implementation & Training Coordinator (BAPSA).
  • Supervise and mentor project personnel (Accounts & Admin Officer, MEAL & Documentation Officer, Field Implementation Officers, and Outreach Workers).
  • Conduct frequent field visits to monitor activities, provide guidance, and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Lead Program Implementation and Training Coordinator & Accounts and Admin Officer to organize meetings, workshops and training programs.
  •  Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with donor/organizational requirements.
  • Strengthen linkages with local government, health facilities, and community stakeholders.
  • Oversee budget utilization, ensure transparency, and contribute to financial reporting.
  • Promote safeguarding, child protection, gender equality, and organizational values in all activities.
  • Play a role of a trainer for training of project personnel and different stakeholders including Peer Educators.


Job Other Benifits:
    Salary & Allowances: BDT 70,000 consolidated per Month & Yearly 2 Festival Bonus.
