Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MEAL, research, or documentation roles in development sector including NGO or health projects.
  • Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting (quantitative & qualitative).
  • Proven ability in documentation, including success stories, case studies, and lessons learned.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, SPSS, or other statistical/analysis software.
  • Strong knowledge of monitoring frameworks, logframes, and result-based management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and partners.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.


Responsibilities & Context:

Project Name: Health System Resiliency for Improved SRHR in Bangladesh

Job Context:

The project “Health System Resiliency for Improved SRHR in Bangladesh” aims to strengthen health system resilience in Chittagong City Corporation and selected urban slum areas by improving access to quality Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Adolescent-Friendly Health Services (AFHS), and Nutrition services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain MEAL frameworks, tools, and systems for the project, in alignment with BAPSA’s Officer – M&E and Training.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze project data to track progress against results, indicators, and targets.
  • Support planning and implementation of mappings, surveys, assessments, and evaluations.
  • Document lessons learned, case studies, and success stories for knowledge sharing and reporting.
  • Ensure accountability mechanisms are in place, including feedback and complaint handling systems.
  • Prepare high-quality periodic MEAL reports and share findings with the Project Manager and Officer – M&E and Training, BAPSA.
  • Provide technical support and training to project staff on MEAL tools and processes.
  • Work with the Program Implementation & Training Coordinator to align MEAL with training and capacity-building needs.
  • Maintain databases, dashboards, and documentation systems for project evidence.
  • Ensure compliance with donor and organizational MEAL standards and guidelines.
  • Play a role of a trainer for project personnel and different stakeholders including Peer Educator.
  • Support PM to prepare performance and other reports including MIS.


Job Other Benifits:
    Salary & Allowances: BDT 50,000 consolidated per month & Yearly 2 Festival Bonus
