Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Sc/ B. Sc (Hon's) in Fisheries/ Agriculture.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the Project Focal Person in managing all project activities for better implementation.
∎ Generate the conditions and enable the processes leading to high-quality results, including technical and financial reporting and sub-award/contract management.
∎ Arrange and provide necessary inputs to the beneficiaries in the project sites in the recommendation of the field research team and prior approval of the Team Leader.
∎ Coordinate all PKSF and World Bank generate synergies among various project components and teams.
∎ Coordinate and monitor the compliance of sub-contracts.
∎ Work with the SEP concerned staff to formulate plans and ensure effective implementation of the plan.
∎ Review the field implementation plan to ensure whether those are real or not both in terms of budget and implementation plan of SEP
∎ Provide technical backstopping to producers through linkage with the public-private sector to solve technical problems
∎ Capacity building of lead farmers on globally accepted sustainable aquaculture framework for professional farm management, good aquaculture practices, food safety and hygiene, better social and environmental practices at the community level
∎ Follow up the technical training sessions facilitated by Lead Farmers, service provider/consultant/ project staff and also evaluate the quality of training considering the support provided and objectives of the training.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in project related work of PKSF
∎ Proven knowledge of implementing fisheries-related Technical support.
∎ Field level experience on different activities such as workshops, seminars and have a good command on mitigation different Technical and Managerial issues.
∎ Good computer knowledge on Microsoft Office, Typing (Both English and Bangla).
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50,000/- per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
