Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline from any reputed university.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Patient generation activities
∎ Cooperation's and coordination
∎ Liaison
∎ Community networking
∎ Overall management of patient generation & flow on the anchoring location of Hospital ship
∎ Establish co-operation between previous, present & next location of ship in terms of demand generation, patient flow management & smooth delivery of service.
∎ Liaison with Government & Non-Government Stakeholders
∎ Maintain Co-operation & collaboration between Outreach & Ship
∎ Supervise regularly the Outreach component of the Program & maintain linkage with ship
∎ Maintain close communication and collaboration with the Government Administrative, Health official and employees at Upazila, Union & ward level, other NGOs and Friendship Hospitals & other sectors.
∎ To prepare monthly work plan and progress reports of the field
∎ To undertake any other assignment given by the Friendship Management
∎ Help in Establishing community-based health services network through FCM.
∎ Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Should have a proven record of leadership, team-building, cultural sensitivity and diplomacy.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
∎ Report writing skill
∎ Excellent computer literacy specially in MS Office
∎ Previous experience in working in the char and islands areas and knowledge of local languages will be a definite advantage.
∎ High commitment & motivation to work in remote places specially in riverine areas
