Responsibilities & Context:
IBCS-PRIMAX is looking for a qualified, experienced & dynamic project manager to support its ongoing project.
Job Responsibilities:
- Must have through & practical knowledge about Software Project Implementation.
- Proven track record as a project manager of large scale software/it project development & implementation.
- Highest level of communication skill (both written & oral).
- The incumbent will act as a focal contact point on behalf of the company.
- Must be familiar with latest technological tools like Jira, Sprint, Gantt chart, Gitlab.
- Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.
- Verifies application results by conducting QA check & system audits of technologies implemented.
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
- Accomplishes financial objectives of the assigned project on time.
- Have to meet deadline by forecasting requirements & achieve the goal.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing assigned objectives/results as needed.
- Must have practical experience working with Government Projects.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
