  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical Engineering.

  • 5–10 years of experience in solar or renewable energy projects.

  • Proven experience in ground-mounted solar PV project execution.

  • Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, BOQ, and project controls

Skills & Competencies:

  • Project planning and scheduling.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

  • Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, trackers and grid integration, string connections, AutoCad, PVsyst or equivalent simulation based software.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

  • The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing ground-mounted solar PV projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, manage multiple EPC or vendors and quality standards. The role requires strong coordination with engineering, procurement, contractors, and stakeholder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage end-to-end execution of ground-mounted solar PV projects.

  • Prepare project schedules, budgets and resource plans.

  • Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, consultants and site Manager.

  • Oversee civil, structural, electrical and commissioning activities.

  • Ensure and verify compliance with project drawings, specifications and safety standards.

  • Monitor project progress, risks and cost control.

  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or execution issues.

  • Ensure HSE compliance and quality assurance at project sites.

  • Prepare and submit project reports to management and clients.

  • Manage project documentation, approvals and handover.

  • Have to travel frequently deferent site locations.

Location: Site-based / Head Office (Dhaka)
