Responsibilities & Context:
A reputed Automobile Manufacturing Factory is looking for a qualified, experienced, and motivated professional for the position of Manager/AGM – Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of all plant machinery and utilities
Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimum downtime
Lead and supervise the maintenance team effectively
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and SOPs
Coordinate with production, engineering, and safety departments
Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Any other assignment as assigned by the management from time to time.
