• Diploma in Architecture
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Age 25 to 45 years

• Fully Knowledge and Skill in AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Sketchup & 3D Animation

• Control project from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional design.

• Have knowledge about interior design and concept design.

• Good knowledge of architectural drawings, structural drawings, and section & elevation.

• Experience of processing clearance from different authorities will be added advantage.

• Uses AUTO CAD to develop engineering projects information.

• Prepare Photo realistic rendered Images & Animation.

• Conceives, designs, plans and constructs computer models for new or modified structures.

• Works closely with Project Managers to set-up and manage contract drawings.

• Create and/or modify base drawings, which may be used in a variety of presentation documents.

• Makes final Sketch of proposed drawing, checking dimensions of parts, materials to be used, relation of one part to another, and relation of various parts to whole structure or project.

• Sketches rough layout of structure and computes angles, weights, surface areas, dimensions, radii, clearances, tolerances, leverages, and all other pertinent variables.

• Utilizes knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences to complete drawings.

• Drafts detailed multi-view drawings of required project specifics.

• Interprets customer requirements and offer solutions that maximize profitability and add Performs project support tasks to ensure project delivery on time, on budget and in scope.

• Preparation of Authority drawings.
